Auon Jordan  has developed specific indicators for local governance and municipal needs in the Kingdom. This comes as part of the association's efforts to promote local development and improve the state of local governance in Jordan.

This new project aims to develop a treatment plan for municipalities' needs and present proposals for the current Local Administration Law should municipalities deem it worth amending. The decentralization experience will also be evaluated, based on the royal vision to drive modernization and sustainable development in the Kingdom.

Within the framework of this project, open sessions will be held in each municipality, bringing together the mayor, the mayor of the governorate, members of the municipal council, a number of representatives from each governorate, and members of the local community. The sessions aim to establish the basic foundations for the new local administration law, present recommendations, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the reality of municipalities and local administration in Jordan. These sessions will also include a number of activities that will be announced successively and will include all municipalities in the Kingdom.

جمعية عون الأردن مؤشرات خاصا للإدارة المحلية وإحتياجات البلديات في المملكة، و يأتي هذا في إطار جهود الجمعية في تعزيز التنمية المحلية وتحسين واقع الإدارة المحلية في الأردن.

يهدف هذا المشروع الجديد إلى وضع خطة علاجية لإحتياجات البلديات، وتقديم مقترحات لقانون الإدارة المحلية الحالي في حال ارتأت البلديات ما يستحق التعديل، كما سيجري تقييم تجربة اللامركزية، وذلك  انطلاقاً من الرؤية الملكية في تسير عجلة التحديث والتنمية المستدامة في المملكة .

وفي إطار هذا المشروع، ستقام جلسات مفتوحة في كل بلدية تجمع رئيس البلدية ورئيس بلدية المحافظة وأعضاء مجلس البلدية وعدد من نواب كل محافظة وأبناء المجتمع المحلي، بهدف وضع مرتكزات أساسية لقانون الإدارة المحلية الجديد وتقديم توصيات وتحليل شامل لواقع البلديات والإدارة المحلية في الأردن، إلى جانب عدد من الأنشطة التي سيعلن عنها تباعا وستشمل كل بلديات المملكة

Aoun Jordan signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the digital platform for entrepreneurship development, ENTREVIABLE, to explore future collaboration opportunities to develop and empower women and youth in several areas.

Jordan Auon's Executive Director, Nour Al-Duwairi, emphasized the importance of this agreement in strengthening the association's efforts to enhance and develop women's and youth empowerment in Jordan. She noted that Jordan Aid seeks, through this partnership, to provide everything possible to enhance new opportunities for youth and women to support entrepreneurship, innovation, and work.

For his part, Dr. Maan Qatamin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the digital platform for entrepreneurship development, ENTREVIABLE, said that this agreement comes within the framework of the platform's efforts to support and empower entrepreneurs in Jordan, noting that the partnership with Auon jordan will contribute to enhancing growth and innovation opportunities in the region.

Areas of cooperation between the two parties include entrepreneurship, providing training and professional opportunities, in addition to developing programs and initiatives that contribute to promoting innovation and economic growth in Jordan.

وقعت عون الأردن اتفاقية تعاون استراتيجي مع المنصة الرقمية لتطوير ريادة الأعمال ENTREVIABLE، بهدف بحث سبل التعاون في المستقبل لتنمية وتمكين المرأة والشباب في عدة مجالات.

وأكدت المديرة التنفيذية لعون الأردن، نور الدويري، على أهمية هذه الاتفاقية في تعزيز جهود الجمعية بكل ما يمكنه ان يعزز او يطور مجالات تمكين المرأة والشباب في الأردن، مشيرة إلى أن عون الأردن تسعى من خلال هذه الشراكة إلى توفير كل ما يمكنه ان يعزز فرص جديدة للشباب والمرأة لدعم ريادة الأعمال والابتكار والعمل .

من جانبه، قال رئيس مجلس إدارة  شركة المنصة الرقمية لتطوير ريادة الأعمال ENTREVIABLE، الدكتور معن قطامين، إن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي في إطار جهود المنصة لدعم وتمكين رواد الأعمال في الأردن، مشيرًا إلى أن الشراكة مع عون الأردن ستسهم في تعزيز فرص النمو والابتكار في المنطقة.

وتشمل مجالات التعاون بين الطرفين بما يخص ريادة الأعمال، وتوفير فرص تدريبية ومهنية، بالإضافة إلى تطوير البرامج والمبادرات التي تسهم في تعزيز الابتكار والنمو الاقتصادي في الأردن .

The project was launched today, Thursday, under the patronage of the Minister of Youth Yazan Al-Shadifat, at the Contractors Syndicate Theater, and with the support of 100Jordan. The Minister of Youth stressed the importance of technology as a major tool for change and progress, as it is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development. Al-Shadifat added that youth are the heart of the digital revolution, and empowering them with technical and cognitive skills has become an urgent necessity, not an option. He also explained the Ministry of Youth's keenness to support pioneering ideas and open up horizons for cooperation with institutions

“We are proud to launch the Generation Z AI Incubator project, which represents an important step towards empowering Jordanian youth,” said Nour Al-Duwairi, Executive Director of Jordan Aid Association. “The importance of this project lies in the fact that it is not limited to training youth, but extends to supporting entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into successful projects. We believe that youth are the future of Jordan, and through this project, we aim to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their dreams,” Al-Duwairi added.

Within the framework of the incubator, three main phases of the project were announced. The first phase focuses on training school and university students, and is the cornerstone for building a strong base of skills and knowledge. The second phase is studying entrepreneurial ideas with a specialized consulting team, while the third phase focuses on implementing these ideas and searching for investors to support them. The projects will focus on addressing Jordan’s challenges and achieving sustainable development goals.

اطلق المشروع اليوم الخميس تحت رعاية وزير الشباب يزن الشديفات في مسرح نقابة المقاولين وبدعم من 100Jordan ، اذ اكد وزير الشباب على أهمية التكنولوجيا كأداة رئيسية للتغيير والتقدم، حيث تُعد ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

وأضاف الشديفات أن الشباب هم قلب الثورة الرقمية، وتمكينهم بالمهارات التقنية والمعرفية أصبح ضرورة ملحة وليس خيارًا، كما أوضح حرص وزارة الشباب على دعم الأفكار الريادية وفتح آفاق التعاون مع المؤسسات التقنية، بهدف تعزيز بيئة الابتكار والإبداع.

قالت نور الدويري، المدير التنفيذي لجمعية عون الأردن “نحن فخورون بإطلاق مشروع حاضنة Generation Z للذكاء الاصطناعي، الذي يمثل خطوة هامة نحو تمكين الشباب الأردني من استغلال إمكانياتهم في مجال التكنولوجيا. منذ شهر أيلول 2024، عملنا بجد على تنفيذ هذا المشروع، الذي نعتبره منصة حيوية لتطوير المهارات وتعزيز الابتكار.”

وأضافت الدويري “إن أهمية هذا المشروع تكمن في أنه لا يقتصر فقط على تدريب الشباب، بل يمتد إلى دعم الأفكار الريادية وتحويلها إلى مشاريع ناجحة. نحن نؤمن بأن الشباب هم مستقبل الأردن، ومن خلال هذا المشروع، نهدف إلى تزويدهم بالأدوات والمعرفة اللازمة لتحقيق أحلامهم.”

وفي إطار الحاضنة، تم الإعلان عن ثلاث مراحل رئيسية للمشروع، المرحلة الأولى تركز على تدريب طلاب المدارس والجامعات، وتعد حجر الزاوية لبناء قاعدة قوية من المهارات والمعرفة. أما المرحلة الثانية فهي دراسة الأفكار الريادية مع فريق استشاري متخصص، بينما تركز المرحلة الثالثة على تنفيذ هذه الأفكار والبحث عن مستثمرين لدعمها. وستركز المشاريع على معالجة تحديات الأردن وتحقيق أهداف 100JORDAN، الممثلة بمديرها التنفيذي نضال ملو العين الشركة التي تعتبر رائدة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال السياحة والتي تدعم الافكار الشبابية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني التي تقدم افكارا ريادية لا سيما في الذكاء الاصطناعي.

ويهدف المؤتمر إلى تناول مستقبل التعليم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي ومدى تأثيره في رفع جودة التعليم، بالإضافة إلى استشراف مستقبل الصناعات الأردنية والأعمال في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة.

وعرضت ريادية الذكاء الاصطناعي الشابة سلام ابو الهيجاء احد المشاريع التي تحتضنها الحاضنة ان مشروعهم متخصص في هذا السياق، نركز اليوم على دور “مينا” في إعداد الأفراد والفرق لمواجهة التحديات ليس فقط في الفضاء ولكن أيضاً على الأرض. من خلال التجارب التناظرية والتقنيات المتقدمة التي نطورها، يمكننا تقديم حلول فعالة في ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية:

عتبر مشروع حاضنة Generation Z للذكاء الاصطناعي من المشاريع الحيوية التي تسعى إلى تلبية احتياجات السوق الأردني المتزايدة في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة. يتكون المشروع من ثلاث مجموعات رئيسية:

اولا : تدريب طلاب المدارس والجامعات والتي تهدف هذه المجموعة إلى تقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة للطلاب، حيث سيتمكن المشاركون من اكتساب المهارات اللازمة لفهم وتطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. سيتضمن التدريب ورش عمل، محاضرات، ومشاريع عملية تهدف إلى تعزيز الفهم النظري والعملي للذكاء الاصطناعي.

ثانيا : دراسة الأفكار الريادية مع فريق استشاري ستعمل هذه المجموعة على تقييم الأفكار الريادية التي يقدمها الشباب، حيث سيتعاون المشاركون مع فريق من الخبراء والمستشارين لتطوير أفكارهم وتحويلها إلى مشاريع قابلة للتنفيذ. سيتم تقديم الدعم الفني والإداري للمشاركين لضمان نجاح أفكارهم.

تنفيذ الأفكار الريادية والبحث عن داعمين ومانحين بعد تطوير الأفكار، ستقوم الحاضنة بدعم المشاركين في تنفيذ مشاريعهم من خلال توفير الموارد اللازمة والبحث عن داعمين ومانحين. سيساعد هذا الجانب من المشروع في تحويل الأفكار إلى واقع ملموس، مما يسهم في تعزيز الاقتصاد المحلي.

Auon Jordan held a focused session with a number of jurists and jurists to study the objectives of a draft response plan for women in disasters, wars and crises in the hall of the Amman Martyrs Park.

The Executive Director of Aid Jordan, Nour Al-Duwairi, said that the plan came in response to the region’s data and in an effort to build a reference plan for many Arab countries and Jordan to address weaknesses and obstacles, and to research the available opportunities to develop measurable recommendations, stressing that the plan, although it bears priority towards women and children, but it It takes into account building a family and a cohesive society and how to distribute roles between men and women in a way that ensures justice, solidarity and integration without diminishing rights or wasting duties.

Al-Duwairi confirmed that the plan came within the association’s activities during the 16-day campaign to combat violence against women, which came as justice to the situation of Palestinian women, especially Gazans. The plan dealt with assessing the conditions of women in Gaza, Sudan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria.

For a plan that will focus on providing guidance on the conditions of afflicted Arab women in the aforementioned countries and provide a response plan for Jordanian women as well. The recommendations came to build a SWOT matrix and a matrix for measuring risk indicators (most severe, medium, weak) and studying the factors of readiness, forecasting and preparation, and despite the fact that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of security. عقدت عون الأردن جلسة مركزه مع عدد من الحقوقين والقانونيين لدراسة أهداف مسودة خطة استجابة للمرأه في الكوارث والحروب والأزمات في قاعة حديقة شهداء عمان.

وقالت المدير التنفيذي لعون الأردن نور الدويري ان الخطة جاءت تلبية لمعطيات المنطقة وسعيا لبناء خطة مرجعية للعديد من الدول العربية والأردن لمعالجة نقاط الضعف والمعوقات، والبحث في الفرص المتاحة لوضع توصيات قابله للقياس، مؤكدة ان الخطة وان كانت يتحمل أولوية نحو المرأة والطفل ولكنها ياراعي بناء الأسرة والمجتمع المتماسك وكيفية توزيع الأدوار بين الرجل والمرأة بما يكفل العدالة والتكافل والتكامل دون إنقاص للحقوق او هدر لواجبات.

وأكدت الدويري ان الخطة جاءت ضمن انشطة الجمعية خلال حملة ال ١٦ يوم لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة، والتي جاءت انصافا لوضع المرأة الفلسطينية لا سيما الغزاوية، وتناولت الخطة تقييم أوضاع المرأة في غزة والسودان وفي لبنان واليمن وسوريا.

وشددت الدويري ان الخطة ستركز على تقديم الإرشاد الأوضاع المرأة العربية المنكوبة في الدول المذكوره وتقدم خطة استجابة للمرأة الأردنية كذلك، وجاءت التوصيات تصب في بناء مصفوفة SWOT ومصفوفة قياس مؤشرات الخطر (الاشد، المتوسط، الضعيف) ودراسة عوامل الاستعداد والتنبأ والتهيئة، ورغم ان الأردن يتمتع بجو من الأمن والأمان الا ان الكوارث لا تصنف تحت بند الحروب فقط بل جوائح صحية او تداعيات اقتصادية لازمة دولية او سياسية، وان هذه التحوطات بنيت وفقا لترجمة الجهود الملكية الحثيثة في تقديم الدعم للمرأة والشباب .

من جانبها قالت مستشارة عون الأردن ونائب الرئيس مها الطراونه ان الخطة جاءت ترجمة للرؤية الملكية السامية القاضية بتمكين وتمتين المرأة والتي تعني رفع وعي المرأة بقضاياها ورفع وعيها بالعديد من الامكانيات مثل التمريض والاسعاف والرعاية النفسية والتطوع وتعلم او تطوير مهارات اجتماعية عديدة.

واكدت الطراونه ان الخطة ستوصي برفع الوعي والتثقيف في الإعلام والاتصال والدفع بخطة موحدة يمكن أن تتبنها الحكومة الأردنية والقطاع الخاص معا حيث راعت الخطة كافة الأطراف التي تعتبر جزء شريكا في تنفيذ هذه الخطة.

بدورها قالت العين اسيا ياغي ان المرأة من ذوي الإعاقة لا تستطيع الوصول الى جميع الخدمات لتسهيل حياتها ونحن في مرحلة سلم مجتمعي مطلق فكيف اذا حدثت أزمة او كارثه او حرب او مرض وهذا يستدعي وجود خطة طواريء تتضمن الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة بكافة محاور وانشطة وميزانية الخطة ، وشددت في حديثها على ضرورة وجود سجل وطني شامل وهي على قناعة وافيه ان السجل الوطني او قاعدة البيانات ستعمل على معرفة الاحتياجات واماكن تواجدهم  وبالتالي استخدام وفي حال الطواريء او الكوارث يكون مقدمي الخدمات القطاع العام والخاص لديهم المام بكل تفاصيل الاحتياجات والتدخلات والتخفيف على الاسر والارتباك وهذا يدعم العيش بعداله ومساواة. ونحن بهذا العمل نطبق القانون الانساني قبل قانون حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة .

ويذكر ان الجلسة المركزة حضرها عدد قانونين تناقشوا في قوانين دولية مثل قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم nscr 1325 وعدد من المواثيق وكيف يمكن تنفيذها يما يخدم مصلحة انتاج خطة استجابة وطنية وعربية شاملة لحماية المرأة والطفل والمجتمع ككل.

وتحدث مهتمون عن ضرورة وجود آلية لرفع الوعي في الإعلام واعداد خطة طوارئ.

Aoun Jordan launched a measurement index campaign under the title (One is Born Free) on the occasion of human rights in order to monitor positive and negative observations and support marginalized groups or those in need of psychological and social support.

The Executive Director of Aoun Jordan, Nour Al-Duwairi, said that Aoun Jordan has opened a direct messaging portal on its website to provide the association with any stories or violations of human rights, with the aim of monitoring these violations, providing possible assistance, and referring any observations or issues to the relevant authorities.

Civil society institutions also have a cooperative and supervisory role with official institutions and concerned parties to address any defect, develop any observation, or value any efforts in order to overcome any difficulties faced by individuals and groups.

For her part, Jordan Auon Advisor Maha Tarawneh said that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of societal peace and a good level of human rights, but neighboring countries have suffered and are suffering from excessive human rights violations, so this campaign and this indicator will be open not only to Jordanians but also to our Arab brothers, as the indicator will collect data. And the information according to the participating countries, which will ultimately aim to be a resource for the official authorities to reconsider or hear the review of many human rights files.

أطلقت عون الأردن حملة مؤشر قياس تحت عنوان (يولد المرء حراً) بمناسبة حقوق الإنسان وذلك لرصد الملاحظات الإيجابية والسالبة ،ودعم الفئات المهمشة أو التي تحتاج دعما نفسيا واجتماعيا.

حيث قالت المدير التنفيذي لعون الأردن نور الدويري إن عون الأردن فتحت بوابة مراسلة مباشرة على موقعها الإلكتروني لتزويد الجمعية بأي قصص او انتهاكات عن حقوق الإنسان بهدف رصد هذه الانتهاكات وتقديم المساعده الممكنة وتحويل اي من الملاحظات او القضايا للجهات المعنية إذ ترى الجمعية ان مؤسسات المجتمع المدني أيضا عليها دور تعاوني ورقابي مع المؤسسات الرسمية والاطراف المعنية لمعالجة اي خلل او تطوير اي ملاحظة او تثمين اي جهود وذلك تذليلا لاب صعاب أمام الأفراد والمجموعات.

من جانبها قالت مستشارة عون الأردن مها الطراونه ان الأردن يتمتع بجو من السلم المجتمعي وسقف جيد من حقوق الإنسان الا ان دول الجوار عانت وتعاني من انتهاكات مفرطة في حقوق الإنسان لذلك ستكون هذه الحملة وهذا المؤشر ليس مفتوحا فقط للاردنيين إنما لاشقائنا العرب إذ ان المؤشر سيجمع البيانات والمعلومات وفقا لدول المشاركة والذي سيهدف بالنهاية ليكون مغذيا للجهات الرسميه لاعادة النظر او تسمعين النظر في ملفات حقوقيه عديدة.

Aoun Jordan participated in focus sessions to discuss the development of a glossary of gender-based violence facilitated through technology, which was developed by Josa with the support of the Danish Institute for Human Rights and the International Media Support Foundation in the Business Center.

The dictionary will be issued in Arabic and English, and Aoun Jordan participated in clarifying the plan and mechanisms for the dictionary, and it is expected to be issued soon.

It is noteworthy that the project will be implemented at Yarmouk University for the north, Mutah University for the south, and the Hashemite University for the centre

The Executive Director of Aoun Jordan, Nour Al-Duwairi, honored the Chairman of the Independent Election Commission, His Excellency Musa Al-Maaytah, and the Director of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development, His Excellency Mazen Tablat, for the efforts of the two institutions in supporting and making Aoun Jordan’s projects successful.
