Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the University of Jordan, Professor Nazir Obeidat, the Jordan Aid Association, in cooperation with the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy, organized the "SAY it for Jordan" event this morning, Sunday, August 17, 2025, in the auditorium of the Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II College of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Jordan.
For her part, the university's vice president for humanities, Dr. Nahed Omaish, representing the university president, affirmed that the university "is keen to be a pioneer in supporting national projects that open new horizons for students and prepare them to become future leaders." She noted that Jordanian youth are proving day after day their ability to contribute effectively to the process of political modernization and societal reform.
In her remarks, Nour Al-Duwairi, Executive Director of the Jordan Aid Association, emphasized that the SAY of Jordan platform "Speak for Jordan" is "not just a youth project, but rather an open invitation to young people to be future leaders and champions of change by expressing their own stories and experiences, and inspiring others to chart a better path for Jordan." She added, "We believe that young people are the factory of true leaders, and through this project we seek to empower them."
A representative from the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy explained that this partnership "reflects our deep belief in the importance of promoting participatory democracy and providing youth dialogue platforms capable of effecting positive change in university communities by sharing inspiring experiences and exchanging ideas and expertise." He added that the participation and political empowerment of youth and women is a cornerstone of the political reform process.
The program included dialogue sessions and interactive interventions with youth, presented by Dr. Fares Al-Samadi Kassab, an inspiring leader in the political sector who has run for office and has progressed through party and leadership work. The program also highlighted influential youth success stories in the political and social arena, with the goal of rebuilding trust and encouraging informed political participation.
The project aims to:
1. Create a safe space for dialogue within universities.
2. Enhance expression and dialogue skills using innovative methods.
3. Highlight youth success stories.
4. Encourage active political participation.
5. Change stereotypes about political work and make it a tool for change and inspiration.
تحت رعاية معالي رئيس الجامعة الأردنية الأستاذ الدكتور نذير عبيدات، نظمت جمعية عون الأردن بالتعاون مع المعهد الهولندي للديمقراطية متعددة الأحزاب، فعالية "SAY it for Jordan – إحكي عشان الأردن" صباح اليوم الأحد الموافق 17/8/2025، في مدرج كلية الأمير الحسين بن عبد الله الثاني للعلوم السياسية والدراسات الدولية في الجامعة الأردنية.
من جهتها، أكدت نائب رئيس الجامعة للكليات الانسانية الدكتورة ناهد عميش مندوبة عن رئيس الجامعة، ان الجامعة "تحرص على أن تكون السباقة في دعم المشاريع الوطنية التي تفتح آفاقًا جديدة أمام الطلبة، وتؤهلهم ليكونوا قادة المستقبل، مشيرة إلى أن الشباب الأردني يثبت يومًا بعد يوم قدرته على المساهمة الفاعلة في عملية التحديث السياسي والإصلاح المجتمعي".
وتأتي هذه الفعالية في إطار الجهود الوطنية لدعم التحديث السياسي الذي يقوده جلالة الملك عبد الله الثاني ابن الحسين، وإعطاء الشباب الأردني مساحة آمنة للتعبير عن آرائهم والمشاركة الفاعلة في الحياة العامة والسياسية.
وفي كلمة لها، أكدت نور الدويري، المدير التنفيذي لجمعية عون الأردن، أن منصة SAY of Jordan احكي عشان الأردن "ليست مجرد مشروع شبابي، بل هي دعوة مفتوحة للشباب ليكونوا قادة المستقبل وأبطال التغيير، عبر التعبير عن قصصهم وتجاربهم الخاصة، وإلهام غيرهم لصناعة طريق أفضل للأردن". وأضافت: "نحن نؤمن أن الشباب هم مصنع القادة الحقيقيين، ومن خلال هذا المشروع نسعى لتمكينهم وتزويدهم بالمساحات التي يحتاجونها للتعبير والمشاركة الفاعلة".
أما ممثل المعهد الهولندي للديمقراطية متعددة الأحزاب فأوضح أن هذه الشراكة "تعكس إيماننا العميق بأهمية تعزيز الديمقراطية التشاركية، وتوفير منصات حوارية شبابية قادرة على إحداث التغيير الإيجابي في المجتمعات الجامعية، عبر نقل التجارب الملهمة وتبادل الأفكار والخبرات" وأن مشاركة الشباب والمرأة وتمكينهم السياسي هو نقطة الاساس في منظومة الاصلاح السياسي.
وتضمن البرنامج جلسات حوارية ومداخلات تفاعلية مع الشباب قدمها الدكتور فارس الصمادي كساب قيادي ملهم في القطاع السياسي خاض تجربة الترشح َوتسلسل في العمل الحزبي و الريادي، إضافة إلى تسليط الضوء على قصص نجاح شبابية مؤثرة في المشهد السياسي والاجتماعي، بهدف إعادة بناء الثقة وتشجيع المشاركة السياسية الواعية.
ويهدف المشروع إلى:
1. خلق مساحة حوار آمنة داخل الجامعات.
2. تعزيز مهارات التعبير والحوار بأساليب مبتكرة.
3. تسليط الضوء على قصص نجاح شبابية.
4. تحفيز المشاركة السياسية الفاعلة.
5. تغيير الصورة النمطية عن العمل السياسي وجعله أداة تغيير وإلهام.

Nour Al-Duwairi, Executive Director of the Jordan Aid Association, said in her speech that these sessions create an interactive dialogue environment between youth and decision-makers, noting: "Tourism is a strategic sector linked to employment and economic growth, and it is essential to listen to youth's ideas about developing it and creating new opportunities through it. This comes as part of the association's efforts to implement the royal vision to implement recommendations for political and economic modernization."
For his part, Othman Al-Abadi, Coordinator of the All Jordan Youth Commission - Amman, emphasized the importance of activating the role of youth in providing realistic solutions: “We believe in the capabilities of youth, and we seek to make these dialogues a practical means of formulating recommendations that can be implemented by official bodies.”
Senator Michel Nazzal pointed out that "Jordan possesses rich tourism potential, but we need to direct investment and training toward new areas and organize tourism activities in a way that serves sustainable employment." For his part, Senator Issa Murad emphasized the need to invest in human resources, saying, "Young people are our most valuable resource, and developing their capabilities through vocational training in the tourism sector will have a direct impact on reducing unemployment and boosting national income."
ضمن سلسلة "حوارات للأردن – عون"، نظّمت جمعية عون الأردن بالتعاون مع هيئة شباب كلنا الأردن، الجلسة الثالثة بعنوان "تحديات وفرص السياحة والتشغيل، والتي عقدت في قاعة هيئة شباب كلنا الأردن في العاصمة عمّان بحضور عدد من صناع القرار والخبراء في القطاع السياحي، إلى جانب شباب ناشطين من مختلف أنحاء المملكة.
وقالت نور الدويري، المدير التنفيذي لجمعية عون الأردن ، في كلمتها أن هذه الجلسات تخلق بيئة حوارية تفاعلية بين الشباب وأصحاب القرار، مشيرة إلى أن: "السياحة قطاع استراتيجي يرتبط بالتشغيل والنمو الاقتصادي، ومن الضروري الاستماع لأفكار الشباب حول تطويره وخلق فرص جديدة من خلاله، وهي تأتي ضمن سعي الجمعية لتنفيذ الرؤى الملكية لتنفيذ توصيات التحديث السياسي والاقتصادي .
فيما أكد من جانبه عثمان العبادي، منسق هيئة شباب كلنا الأردن – العاصمة، أهمية تفعيل دور الشباب في تقديم حلول واقعية: نحن نؤمن بقدرات الشباب، ونسعى إلى أن تكون هذه الحوارات وسيلة عملية لبلورة توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ من قبل الجهات الرسمية."
وأشار العين ميشيل نزال إلى أن: الأردن يمتلك مقومات سياحية غنية، لكننا بحاجة إلى توجيه الاستثمار والتدريب نحو مناطق جديدة، وتنظيم العمل السياحي بشكل يخدم التشغيل المستدام.
ومن جانبه أعرب العين عيسى مراد على ضرورة الاستثمار في القوى البشرية قائلًا الشباب هم المورد الأغلى، وتطوير قدراتهم من خلال التدريب المهني في القطاع السياحي سيكون له أثر مباشر على خفض البطالة وتعزيز الدخل القومي."
وتسعى سلسلة "حوارات للأردن – عون" إلى فتح نقاش وطني عميق حول قضايا حيوية تهم مستقبل الشباب الأردني، في إطار تنفيذ الرؤية الملكية الهادفة إلى إشراك الشباب في بناء السياسات العامة وصياغة تصوراتهم حول التحديات الوطنية، بما يعزز دورهم كمساهمين فاعلين في التنمية.

The session was held under the patronage of the President of the Senate and attended by a group of prominent educational, academic, and media figures, as well as a large number of young people and those interested in the education sector.
Al-Duwairi said, "We at Jordan Aid believe that the path to social and economic stability begins with education. This session is not just an academic discussion, but a serious attempt to bring viewpoints closer together and propose realistic solutions based on a thorough diagnosis of the challenges." Al-Duwairi added, "We are translating the royal directives into practice by providing a safe space for youth to discuss and creating an intellectual environment from which real projects and sustainable community initiatives can be launched."
Former Minister of Higher Education and current Senate member Dr. Wajih Owais reviewed the history of higher education in Jordan since its inception, addressing the most significant challenges facing Jordanian universities, most notably funding, brain drain, and the discrepancy between specializations and labor market outcomes.
Awis said, "Higher education cannot be reformed without bold decisions that begin with university admission policies, continue through the evaluation of programs and specializations, and end with effectively connecting graduates to job opportunities and production."* He emphasized the importance of investing in scientific research, supporting faculty members, and modernizing university infrastructure to meet international standards.
In turn, Dr. Suhad Al-Jundi, a current member of the Senate, provided an analytical review of the state of higher education, highlighting the educational experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, which revealed the urgent need to develop the technological infrastructure and e-learning. She emphasized that digital transformation in universities is no longer an option, but rather a national necessity to keep pace with global changes and equip Jordanian students with modern skills.
Participants in the session emphasized the need to build on the lofty royal vision, which has consistently emphasized that education is the true investment in Jordanians. They also emphasized the need to develop its outcomes, enhance its quality, and link it to the needs of the national economy and global transformations in knowledge and skills.
عقدت جمعية عون الأردن بالشراكة مع هيئة شباب كلنا الأردن، اليوم السبت، الجلسة الثانية من سلسلة "حوارات للأردن – عون" تحت عنوان:
"مستقبل التعليم العالي في الأردن: تحديات وفرص"، وذلك برعاية رئيس مجلس الأعيان، وبحضور نخبة من الشخصيات التربوية، الأكاديمية، والإعلامية، إلى جانب عدد كبير من الشباب والمهتمين بالقطاع التعليمي.
في مستهل الجلسة، رحّبت المدير التنفيذي لجمعية عون الأردن، نور الدويري، بالحضور، مؤكدة أهمية هذا النوع من الحوارات الوطنية التي تستند إلى نقاش نقدي هادف وبنّاء وتُعطي الفرصة للشباب لسماع وجهات نظر من خبراء وأصحاب قرار في ملفات تمس مستقبلهم.
وقالت الدويري: نؤمن في جمعية عون الأردن أن الطريق إلى الاستقرار الاجتماعي والاقتصادي يبدأ من التعليم. هذه الجلسة ليست فقط نقاشاً أكاديمياً، بل محاولة جادّة لتقريب وجهات النظر، واقتراح حلول واقعية قائمة على تشخيص عميق للتحديات.
وأضافت الدويري نحن نترجم التوجيهات الملكية عملياً، عبر إتاحة مساحة آمنة للشباب للنقاش، وخلق بيئة فكرية تنطلق منها مشاريع حقيقية ومبادرات مجتمعية مستدامة.
استعرض وزير التعليم العالي الأسبق وعضو مجلس الاعيان الحالي الدكتور وجيه عويس مسيرة التعليم العالي في الأردن منذ بداياته، وتناول أبرز التحديات التي تواجه الجامعات الأردنية، ومن أهمها التمويل، هجرة العقول، والتباين بين التخصصات ومخرجات سوق العمل.
وقال عويس:لا يمكن إصلاح التعليم العالي بدون قرارات جريئة تبدأ من سياسات القبول الجامعي، وتمر بتقييم البرامج والتخصصات، وتنتهي بربط الخريجين فعلياً بفرص العمل والإنتاج.*
وشدد على أهمية الاستثمار في البحث العلمي، ودعم أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وتحديث البنية التحتية للجامعات، بما يتوافق مع المعايير العالمية.
بدورها، قدمت الدكتورة سهاد الجندي عضو مجلس الاعيان الحالي قراءة تحليلية حول واقع التعليم العالي، مع تسليط الضوء على تجربة التعليم خلال جائحة كورونا، التي كشفت الحاجة الملحة لتطوير البنية التكنولوجية والتعليم الإلكتروني.
وأكدت أن التحول الرقمي في الجامعات لم يعد خياراً، بل ضرورة وطنية لمواكبة المتغيرات العالمية وتسليح الطالب الأردني بالمهارات الحديثة.
وأضافت الجندي أن الابتكار والإبداع لا يُدرّسان كمواد، بل يُصنعان من خلال بيئة جامعية منفتحة، داعمة، ومرنة في التفاعل مع احتياجات الطلبة، مؤكدة أن الجامعات لا يجب أن تبقى فقط مؤسسات تمنح الشهادات، بل حاضنات للفكر الريادي والبحث المنتج.
وشدد المشاركون في الجلسة على ضرورة الانطلاق من الرؤية الملكية السامية، التي لطالما أكدت على أن التعليم هو الاستثمار الحقيقي في الإنسان الأردني، وعلى ضرورة تطوير مخرجاته، والارتقاء بجودته، وربطها باحتياجات الاقتصاد الوطني، والتحولات العالمية في المعرفة والمهارات.
في ختام الجلسة، دار حوار مفتوح مع الحضور، تخلله مداخلات من شباب وممثلي جامعات ومؤسسات مجتمع مدني، عبّروا فيها عن طموحاتهم وتحدياتهم، وقدّموا مقترحات تتعلق بتطوير المناهج، تحسين نوعية التدريب العملي، وتوسيع الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
وخرجت الجلسة بعدة توصيات من أبرزها:
* مراجعة سياسة القبول الجامعي بما يحقق العدالة ويراعي الكفاءة.
* تشجيع التخصصات المطلوبة في سوق العمل وتوجيه الطلبة لها.
* رفع جودة التعليم والتقييم، ودعم البحث العلمي.
* تعزيز الشراكات مع القطاع الخاص ومؤسسات ريادة الأعمال.
* التوسع في برامج التعليم المهني والتقني.
* تمكين الشباب للمشاركة في صناعة القرار التعليمي.
تأتي هذه الجلسة ضمن سلسلة متكاملة من الحوارات التي تعتزم جمعية عون الأردن تنظيمها، بالشراكة مع مؤسسات وطنية، بهدف خلق نقاش وطني يلامس قضايا جوهرية تتعلق بمستقبل الأردن وشبابه، بما يتوافق مع توجهات الدولة الأردنية وخارطة تحديثها الشاملة.

This comes as part of joint efforts to promote constructive national dialogue between Jordania
Under the patronage of the President of the Senate, His Excellency Mr. Faisal Al-Fayez, the Jordan Aid Association, in partnership with the All Jordan Youth Commission, launched a series of dialogue sessions titled "Jordan Aid" (Aid for Jordan). This comes as part of joint efforts to promote constructive national dialogue between Jordanian youth and decision-makers.
At the opening of the dialogue session, held in the All Jordan Youth Commission Hall in Khalda, Nour Al-Duwairi, Executive Director of the Jordan Aid Association, said:This session is part of our ongoing efforts to create a safe and open space for discussion on pressing national issues and to empower youth to actively contribute to charting a roadmap for Jordan's future.
We believe that dialogue is the best way to bring viewpoints closer together and activate the role of youth in public life. It is part of the implementation of royal directives to engage youth with decision-makers.During his participation in the session, Senate member Dr. Omar Al-Ayasrah emphasized the importance of direct dialogue with youth, especially in light of the challenges facing Jordan and the region. He said:
"Jordanian youth possess creative energies and constructive ideas that require a nurturing environment and genuine dialogue spaces that enable them to contribute to shaping national policies and decision-making."
For his part, Senate member and Assistant to the Senate President, Dr. Zuhair Abu Fares, emphasized that the Senate places youth issues at the forefront of its priorities. He said: "Frank dialogue with youth strengthens national belonging and motivates them to actively participate in development. Youth also possess the awareness and capabilities that qualify them to contribute to building the nation's future, which requires us to continue holding dialogue meetings and providing interactive platforms for them."
It's worth noting that the "Dialogues for Jordan Aid" series aims to:
1. Enhance youth participation* in the national decision-making process.
2. Bridge the gap* between youth and official institutions.
3. Stimulate critical thinking* and civilized dialogue in a democratic environment.
4. Develop youth visions* that inform public policies with renewed practical recommendations.
The sessions will be held weekly, and details will be announced on the association's and the commission's social media platforms.تحت رعاية دولة رئيس مجلس الأعيان، دولة السيد فيصل الفايز الأكرم، أطلقت جمعية "عون الأردن" بالشراكة مع هيئة شباب كلنا الأردن سلسلة جلسات حوارية بعنوان *"للأردن عون"*، وذلك في إطار جهود مشتركة لتعزيز الحوار الوطني البنّاء بين الشباب الأردني وصناع القرار.
وفي افتتاح الجلسة الحوارية التي عقدت في قاعة هيئة شباب كلنا الأردن في خلدا، قالت المديرة التنفيذية لجمعية عون الأردن، نور الدويري:
"إن هذه الجلسة تأتي ضمن مساعينا المستمرة لفتح مساحة آمنة ومفتوحة للنقاش حول القضايا الوطنية الملحة، وتمكين الشباب من المساهمة الفاعلة في رسم خارطة طريق لمستقبل الأردن.
نحن نؤمن بأن الحوار هو السبيل الأمثل لتقريب وجهات النظر وتفعيل دور الشباب في الحياة العامة. وهي ضمن تنفيذ لتوجيهات الملكية إشراك الشباب مع صناع القرار "
واضافت الدويري ان الحوارات لم تقتصر على حوارت مفتوحة إنما ستكون مسجلة وستشمل كافة القطاعات والمحاور التي تحدثت عنها الأوراق النقابة الملكية وتوصيات اللجان الملكية السياسية والاقتصادية وتأثير كل ما يحدث على مستقبل الأردن من تحل اصدار تقرير حالة بلاد مقدم من الشباب وقادة الرأي والاختصاص لأصحاب القرار والجهات المعنية.
وأكد عضو مجلس الأعيان، الدكتور عمر العياصرة، خلال مشاركته في الجلسة، على أهمية الحوار المباشر مع الشباب، خاصة في ظل التحديات التي يمر بها الأردن والمنطقة. وقال:
"يمتلك الشباب الأردني طاقات خلاقة وأفكارًا بناءة تحتاج إلى بيئة حاضنة ومساحات حوار حقيقية، تُمكّنهم من الإسهام في رسم السياسات الوطنية وصناعة القرار."
من جانبه، شدد عضو مجلس الأعيان ومساعد رئيس مجلس الأعيان ، *الدكتور زهير أبو فارس*، على أن مجلس الأعيان يضع قضايا الشباب في مقدمة أولوياته. وقال:
"الحوار الصريح مع الشباب يعزز الانتماء الوطني ويحفّزهم على المشاركة الفاعلة في التنمية. كما أن لدى الشباب وعيًا وقدرات تؤهلهم للمساهمة في بناء مستقبل الوطن، ما يحتم علينا مواصلة اللقاءات الحوارية وتوفير منصات تفاعلية لهم."
كما أكد رئيس هيئة شباب كلنا الأردن، عبدالرحيم الزواهرة أن الهيئة ملتزمة بدورها في تمكين الشباب وإيصال صوتهم إلى مواقع القرار، لاسيما انهم ذراع صندوق الملك عبدالله الثاني للتنمية إذ قال ان هذه اللقاءات تمثل نموذجًا للنهج التشاركي الذي نطمح إليه، وهي فرصة مهمة لتعزيز الثقة بين الشباب والمؤسسات الرسمية، وتكريس قيم الانتماء والهوية الوطنية.

يُذكر أن سلسلة "حوارات للأردن عون" تهدف إلى:

Auonjordan Association held a consultative meeting at the Greater Karak Municipality headquarters, attended by a number of representatives and community figures. The meeting aimed to discuss the dissolution of municipal and provincial councils and review the proposed amendments to the Local Administration and Decentralization Law. The meeting was attended by Representatives Ibrahim Al-Tarawneh and Ibrahim Al-Sarayrah, as well as the association's executive director.
Nour Al-Duwairi, the association's advisor, Maha Al-Tarawneh, along with representatives of civil society, a number of members of dissolved councils, and prominent figures in Karak Governorate.
The meeting included an extensive discussion among attendees, addressing the challenges faced by previous councils and ways to enhance the participation of youth and women in local work. وشهد الاجتماع مشاركة كل من النائب إبراهيم الطراونة، والنائب إبراهيم الصرايرة، والمديرة التنفيذية لجمعية عون الأردن الاستاذة نور الدويري، ومستشارة الجمعية السيدة مها الطراونة، إلى جانب ممثلين عن المجتمع المدني، وعدد من أعضاء المجالس المنحلة، وشخصيات فاعلة في محافظة الكرك.
وأكدت المديرة التنفيذية لجمعية "عون الأردن"، نور الدويري، أن الاجتماع يهدف إلى خلق مساحة حوارية مفتوحة بين ممثلي الشعب والمجتمع المدني حول مستقبل الإدارة المحلية، مشددة على أن "اللامركزية ليست مجرد قانون، بل نهج تنموي متكامل يتطلب مشاركة مجتمعية حقيقية، وتوزيع عادل للصلاحيات والموارد".
من جهته، قال النائب إبراهيم الطراونة: "نقف اليوم أمام فرصة حقيقية لتصويب المسار، ومراجعة التشريعات بما يخدم المواطن ويعزز دور البلديات كمحرك رئيسي للتنمية المحلية"، مضيفًا أن المرحلة القادمة تتطلب مشاركة فاعلة من الجميع، بعيدًا عن التجاذبات السياسية.
أما النائب إبراهيم الصرايرة فأشار إلى أن حل المجالس لا يعني بالضرورة فشلها، بل هو جزء من مراجعة شاملة لتجربة الإدارة المحلية، مضيفًا: "نحن مع إعادة تقييم التجربة لتصحيح الأخطاء وتعزيز النجاحات، وسندعم أي تعديل يحقق التوازن بين المركز والمحافظات".
بدورها، أكدت مستشارة جمعية عون الأردن، مها الطراونة، أن الجمعية تتابع عن كثب مستجدات قانون الإدارة المحلية، وتعمل على جمع وجهات النظر من مختلف المحافظات، مشيرة إلى أن "الهدف هو الوصول إلى قانون عصري يعزز الحوكمة الرشيدة، ويمنح المجتمعات المحلية دورًا فاعلًا في صنع القرار".
وتخلل الاجتماع نقاش موسّع بين الحضور، تناول التحديات التي واجهتها المجالس السابقة، وسبل تفعيل مشاركة الشباب والمرأة في العمل المحلي، إضافة إلى مقترحات عملية لتطوير قانون الإدارة المحلية بما ينسجم مع رؤية التحديث السياسي والإداري في المملكة.
هذا وستعقد عون الأردن لقاءات في كافة المحافظات لمناقشة مقترح لتعديل قانون الإدارة المحلية الحالي وتجربة اللامركزية.

وقالت المدير التنفيذي لعون الأردن نور الدويري إن للمشروع أهمية مجتمعية وأثر مهم منها تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة اذ يساهم المشروع في تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة في الإدارة المحلية من خلال تقييم أداء البلديات والمحافظات. والسعي لتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين من خلال تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في أداء الإدارة المحلية مما يعزز اتخاذ القرار المناسب ويمكن الجهات المعنيه تعديل القانون حيث أن الجمعية ستقدم التوصيات بناء على اجتماعات مباشرة في البلديات واللامركزية ومجالس المحافظات الي جانب استطلاع رأي المجتمع المحلي في كافة انحاء المملكة.
واضافت الدويري ان المشروع سيعززالمشاركة المجتمعية في تقييم أداء الإدارة المحلية وتعزيز دور المواطنين في الرقابة والمساءلة. وتحسين بيئة الاستثمار على اعتبار أن تعديل القانون بشكل مناسب سيساهم في تحسين بيئة الاستثمار في الأردن من خلال تعزيز الشفافية والاستقرار في الإدارة المحلية.
وعن تجربة اللامركزية قالت نور الدويري تهدف تجربة اللامركزية إلى تعزيز دور المجالس المحلية في اتخاذ القرار وتقديم الخدمات للمواطنين وتحسين كفاءة تقديم الخدمات من خلال تقييم الصلاحيات والمسؤوليات إلى المستويات المحلية. ويعزز الشفافية والمساءلة .

The Minister of Youth stressed the importance of technology as a major tool for change and progress, as it is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development. Al-Shadifat added that youth are the heart of the digital revolution, and empowering them with technical and cognitive skills has become an urgent necessity, not an option. He also explained the Ministry of Youth's keenness to support pioneering ideas and open up horizons for cooperation with institutions
“We are proud to launch the Generation Z AI Incubator project, which represents an important step towards empowering Jordanian youth,” said Nour Al-Duwairi, Executive Director of Jordan Aid Association. “The importance of this project lies in the fact that it is not limited to training youth, but extends to supporting entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into successful projects. We believe that youth are the future of Jordan, and through this project, we aim to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their dreams,” Al-Duwairi added.
Within the framework of the incubator, three main phases of the project were announced. The first phase focuses on training school and university students, and is the cornerstone for building a strong base of skills and knowledge. The second phase is studying entrepreneurial ideas with a specialized consulting team, while the third phase focuses on implementing these ideas and searching for investors to support them. The projects will focus on addressing Jordan’s challenges and achieving sustainable development goals.
اطلق المشروع اليوم الخميس تحت رعاية وزير الشباب يزن الشديفات في مسرح نقابة المقاولين وبدعم من 100Jordan ، اذ اكد وزير الشباب على أهمية التكنولوجيا كأداة رئيسية للتغيير والتقدم، حيث تُعد ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
وأضاف الشديفات أن الشباب هم قلب الثورة الرقمية، وتمكينهم بالمهارات التقنية والمعرفية أصبح ضرورة ملحة وليس خيارًا، كما أوضح حرص وزارة الشباب على دعم الأفكار الريادية وفتح آفاق التعاون مع المؤسسات التقنية، بهدف تعزيز بيئة الابتكار والإبداع.
قالت نور الدويري، المدير التنفيذي لجمعية عون الأردن “نحن فخورون بإطلاق مشروع حاضنة Generation Z للذكاء الاصطناعي، الذي يمثل خطوة هامة نحو تمكين الشباب الأردني من استغلال إمكانياتهم في مجال التكنولوجيا. منذ شهر أيلول 2024، عملنا بجد على تنفيذ هذا المشروع، الذي نعتبره منصة حيوية لتطوير المهارات وتعزيز الابتكار.”
وأضافت الدويري “إن أهمية هذا المشروع تكمن في أنه لا يقتصر فقط على تدريب الشباب، بل يمتد إلى دعم الأفكار الريادية وتحويلها إلى مشاريع ناجحة. نحن نؤمن بأن الشباب هم مستقبل الأردن، ومن خلال هذا المشروع، نهدف إلى تزويدهم بالأدوات والمعرفة اللازمة لتحقيق أحلامهم.”
وفي إطار الحاضنة، تم الإعلان عن ثلاث مراحل رئيسية للمشروع، المرحلة الأولى تركز على تدريب طلاب المدارس والجامعات، وتعد حجر الزاوية لبناء قاعدة قوية من المهارات والمعرفة. أما المرحلة الثانية فهي دراسة الأفكار الريادية مع فريق استشاري متخصص، بينما تركز المرحلة الثالثة على تنفيذ هذه الأفكار والبحث عن مستثمرين لدعمها. وستركز المشاريع على معالجة تحديات الأردن وتحقيق أهداف 100JORDAN، الممثلة بمديرها التنفيذي نضال ملو العين الشركة التي تعتبر رائدة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال السياحة والتي تدعم الافكار الشبابية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني التي تقدم افكارا ريادية لا سيما في الذكاء الاصطناعي.
ويهدف المؤتمر إلى تناول مستقبل التعليم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي ومدى تأثيره في رفع جودة التعليم، بالإضافة إلى استشراف مستقبل الصناعات الأردنية والأعمال في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة.
وعرضت ريادية الذكاء الاصطناعي الشابة سلام ابو الهيجاء احد المشاريع التي تحتضنها الحاضنة ان مشروعهم متخصص في هذا السياق، نركز اليوم على دور “مينا” في إعداد الأفراد والفرق لمواجهة التحديات ليس فقط في الفضاء ولكن أيضاً على الأرض. من خلال التجارب التناظرية والتقنيات المتقدمة التي نطورها، يمكننا تقديم حلول فعالة في ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية:

تنفيذ الأفكار الريادية والبحث عن داعمين ومانحين بعد تطوير الأفكار، ستقوم الحاضنة بدعم المشاركين في تنفيذ مشاريعهم من خلال توفير الموارد اللازمة والبحث عن داعمين ومانحين. سيساعد هذا الجانب من المشروع في تحويل الأفكار إلى واقع ملموس، مما يسهم في تعزيز الاقتصاد المحلي.

The plan dealt with assessing the conditions of women in Gaza, Sudan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria.
For a plan that will focus on providing guidance on the conditions of afflicted Arab women in the aforementioned countries and provide a response plan for Jordanian women as well. The recommendations came to build a SWOT matrix and a matrix for measuring risk indicators (most severe, medium, weak) and studying the factors of readiness, forecasting and preparation, and despite the fact that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of security. عقدت عون الأردن جلسة مركزه مع عدد من الحقوقين والقانونيين لدراسة أهداف مسودة خطة استجابة للمرأه في الكوارث والحروب والأزمات في قاعة حديقة شهداء عمان.
وقالت المدير التنفيذي لعون الأردن نور الدويري ان الخطة جاءت تلبية لمعطيات المنطقة وسعيا لبناء خطة مرجعية للعديد من الدول العربية والأردن لمعالجة نقاط الضعف والمعوقات، والبحث في الفرص المتاحة لوضع توصيات قابله للقياس، مؤكدة ان الخطة وان كانت يتحمل أولوية نحو المرأة والطفل ولكنها ياراعي بناء الأسرة والمجتمع المتماسك وكيفية توزيع الأدوار بين الرجل والمرأة بما يكفل العدالة والتكافل والتكامل دون إنقاص للحقوق او هدر لواجبات.
وأكدت الدويري ان الخطة جاءت ضمن انشطة الجمعية خلال حملة ال ١٦ يوم لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة، والتي جاءت انصافا لوضع المرأة الفلسطينية لا سيما الغزاوية، وتناولت الخطة تقييم أوضاع المرأة في غزة والسودان وفي لبنان واليمن وسوريا.
وشددت الدويري ان الخطة ستركز على تقديم الإرشاد الأوضاع المرأة العربية المنكوبة في الدول المذكوره وتقدم خطة استجابة للمرأة الأردنية كذلك، وجاءت التوصيات تصب في بناء مصفوفة SWOT ومصفوفة قياس مؤشرات الخطر (الاشد، المتوسط، الضعيف) ودراسة عوامل الاستعداد والتنبأ والتهيئة، ورغم ان الأردن يتمتع بجو من الأمن والأمان الا ان الكوارث لا تصنف تحت بند الحروب فقط بل جوائح صحية او تداعيات اقتصادية لازمة دولية او سياسية، وان هذه التحوطات بنيت وفقا لترجمة الجهود الملكية الحثيثة في تقديم الدعم للمرأة والشباب .
من جانبها قالت مستشارة عون الأردن ونائب الرئيس مها الطراونه ان الخطة جاءت ترجمة للرؤية الملكية السامية القاضية بتمكين وتمتين المرأة والتي تعني رفع وعي المرأة بقضاياها ورفع وعيها بالعديد من الامكانيات مثل التمريض والاسعاف والرعاية النفسية والتطوع وتعلم او تطوير مهارات اجتماعية عديدة.
واكدت الطراونه ان الخطة ستوصي برفع الوعي والتثقيف في الإعلام والاتصال والدفع بخطة موحدة يمكن أن تتبنها الحكومة الأردنية والقطاع الخاص معا حيث راعت الخطة كافة الأطراف التي تعتبر جزء شريكا في تنفيذ هذه الخطة.
بدورها قالت العين اسيا ياغي ان المرأة من ذوي الإعاقة لا تستطيع الوصول الى جميع الخدمات لتسهيل حياتها ونحن في مرحلة سلم مجتمعي مطلق فكيف اذا حدثت أزمة او كارثه او حرب او مرض وهذا يستدعي وجود خطة طواريء تتضمن الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة بكافة محاور وانشطة وميزانية الخطة ، وشددت في حديثها على ضرورة وجود سجل وطني شامل وهي على قناعة وافيه ان السجل الوطني او قاعدة البيانات ستعمل على معرفة الاحتياجات واماكن تواجدهم وبالتالي استخدام وفي حال الطواريء او الكوارث يكون مقدمي الخدمات القطاع العام والخاص لديهم المام بكل تفاصيل الاحتياجات والتدخلات والتخفيف على الاسر والارتباك وهذا يدعم العيش بعداله ومساواة. ونحن بهذا العمل نطبق القانون الانساني قبل قانون حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة .
ويذكر ان الجلسة المركزة حضرها عدد قانونين تناقشوا في قوانين دولية مثل قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم nscr 1325 وعدد من المواثيق وكيف يمكن تنفيذها يما يخدم مصلحة انتاج خطة استجابة وطنية وعربية شاملة لحماية المرأة والطفل والمجتمع ككل.
وتحدث مهتمون عن ضرورة وجود آلية لرفع الوعي في الإعلام واعداد خطة طوارئ.

The Executive Director of Aoun Jordan, Nour Al-Duwairi, said that Aoun Jordan has opened a direct messaging portal on its website to provide the association with any stories or violations of human rights, with the aim of monitoring these violations, providing possible assistance, and referring any observations or issues to the relevant authorities.
Civil society institutions also have a cooperative and supervisory role with official institutions and concerned parties to address any defect, develop any observation, or value any efforts in order to overcome any difficulties faced by individuals and groups.
For her part, Jordan Auon Advisor Maha Tarawneh said that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of societal peace and a good level of human rights, but neighboring countries have suffered and are suffering from excessive human rights violations, so this campaign and this indicator will be open not only to Jordanians but also to our Arab brothers, as the indicator will collect data. And the information according to the participating countries, which will ultimately aim to be a resource for the official authorities to reconsider or hear the review of many human rights files.

حيث قالت المدير التنفيذي لعون الأردن نور الدويري إن عون الأردن فتحت بوابة مراسلة مباشرة على موقعها الإلكتروني لتزويد الجمعية بأي قصص او انتهاكات عن حقوق الإنسان بهدف رصد هذه الانتهاكات وتقديم المساعده الممكنة وتحويل اي من الملاحظات او القضايا للجهات المعنية إذ ترى الجمعية ان مؤسسات المجتمع المدني أيضا عليها دور تعاوني ورقابي مع المؤسسات الرسمية والاطراف المعنية لمعالجة اي خلل او تطوير اي ملاحظة او تثمين اي جهود وذلك تذليلا لاب صعاب أمام الأفراد والمجموعات.
من جانبها قالت مستشارة عون الأردن مها الطراونه ان الأردن يتمتع بجو من السلم المجتمعي وسقف جيد من حقوق الإنسان الا ان دول الجوار عانت وتعاني من انتهاكات مفرطة في حقوق الإنسان لذلك ستكون هذه الحملة وهذا المؤشر ليس مفتوحا فقط للاردنيين إنما لاشقائنا العرب إذ ان المؤشر سيجمع البيانات والمعلومات وفقا لدول المشاركة والذي سيهدف بالنهاية ليكون مغذيا للجهات الرسميه لاعادة النظر او تسمعين النظر في ملفات حقوقيه عديدة.

This new project aims to develop a treatment plan for municipalities' needs and present proposals for the current Local Administration Law should municipalities deem it worth amending. The decentralization experience will also be evaluated, based on the royal vision to drive modernization and sustainable development in the Kingdom.
Within the framework of this project, open sessions will be held in each municipality, bringing together the mayor, the mayor of the governorate, members of the municipal council, a number of representatives from each governorate, and members of the local community. The sessions aim to establish the basic foundations for the new local administration law, present recommendations, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the reality of municipalities and local administration in Jordan. These sessions will also include a number of activities that will be announced successively and will include all municipalities in the Kingdom.

She noted that Jordan Aid seeks, through this partnership, to provide everything possible to enhance new opportunities for youth and women to support entrepreneurship, innovation, and work.
For his part, Dr. Maan Qatamin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the digital platform for entrepreneurship development, ENTREVIABLE, said that this agreement comes within the framework of the platform's efforts to support and empower entrepreneurs in Jordan, noting that the partnership with Auon jordan will contribute to enhancing growth and innovation opportunities in the region.

The project was launched today, Thursday, under the patronage of the Minister of Youth Yazan Al-Shadifat, at the Contractors Syndicate Theater, and with the support of 100Jordan. The Minister of Youth stressed the importance of technology as a major tool for change and progress, as it is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development. Al-Shadifat added that youth are the heart of the digital revolution, and empowering them with technical and cognitive skills has become an urgent necessity, not an option. He also explained the Ministry of Youth's keenness to support pioneering ideas and open up horizons for cooperation with institutions
“We are proud to launch the Generation Z AI Incubator project, which represents an important step towards empowering Jordanian youth,” said Nour Al-Duwairi, Executive Director of Jordan Aid Association. “The importance of this project lies in the fact that it is not limited to training youth, but extends to supporting entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into successful projects. We believe that youth are the future of Jordan, and through this project, we aim to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their dreams,” Al-Duwairi added.
Within the framework of the incubator, three main phases of the project were announced. The first phase focuses on training school and university students, and is the cornerstone for building a strong base of skills and knowledge. The second phase is studying entrepreneurial ideas with a specialized consulting team, while the third phase focuses on implementing these ideas and searching for investors to support them. The projects will focus on addressing Jordan’s challenges and achieving sustainable development goals.
اطلق المشروع اليوم الخميس تحت رعاية وزير الشباب يزن الشديفات في مسرح نقابة المقاولين وبدعم من 100Jordan ، اذ اكد وزير الشباب على أهمية التكنولوجيا كأداة رئيسية للتغيير والتقدم، حيث تُعد ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
وأضاف الشديفات أن الشباب هم قلب الثورة الرقمية، وتمكينهم بالمهارات التقنية والمعرفية أصبح ضرورة ملحة وليس خيارًا، كما أوضح حرص وزارة الشباب على دعم الأفكار الريادية وفتح آفاق التعاون مع المؤسسات التقنية، بهدف تعزيز بيئة الابتكار والإبداع.
قالت نور الدويري، المدير التنفيذي لجمعية عون الأردن “نحن فخورون بإطلاق مشروع حاضنة Generation Z للذكاء الاصطناعي، الذي يمثل خطوة هامة نحو تمكين الشباب الأردني من استغلال إمكانياتهم في مجال التكنولوجيا. منذ شهر أيلول 2024، عملنا بجد على تنفيذ هذا المشروع، الذي نعتبره منصة حيوية لتطوير المهارات وتعزيز الابتكار.”
وأضافت الدويري “إن أهمية هذا المشروع تكمن في أنه لا يقتصر فقط على تدريب الشباب، بل يمتد إلى دعم الأفكار الريادية وتحويلها إلى مشاريع ناجحة. نحن نؤمن بأن الشباب هم مستقبل الأردن، ومن خلال هذا المشروع، نهدف إلى تزويدهم بالأدوات والمعرفة اللازمة لتحقيق أحلامهم.”
وفي إطار الحاضنة، تم الإعلان عن ثلاث مراحل رئيسية للمشروع، المرحلة الأولى تركز على تدريب طلاب المدارس والجامعات، وتعد حجر الزاوية لبناء قاعدة قوية من المهارات والمعرفة. أما المرحلة الثانية فهي دراسة الأفكار الريادية مع فريق استشاري متخصص، بينما تركز المرحلة الثالثة على تنفيذ هذه الأفكار والبحث عن مستثمرين لدعمها. وستركز المشاريع على معالجة تحديات الأردن وتحقيق أهداف 100JORDAN، الممثلة بمديرها التنفيذي نضال ملو العين الشركة التي تعتبر رائدة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال السياحة والتي تدعم الافكار الشبابية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني التي تقدم افكارا ريادية لا سيما في الذكاء الاصطناعي.
ويهدف المؤتمر إلى تناول مستقبل التعليم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي ومدى تأثيره في رفع جودة التعليم، بالإضافة إلى استشراف مستقبل الصناعات الأردنية والأعمال في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة.
وعرضت ريادية الذكاء الاصطناعي الشابة سلام ابو الهيجاء احد المشاريع التي تحتضنها الحاضنة ان مشروعهم متخصص في هذا السياق، نركز اليوم على دور “مينا” في إعداد الأفراد والفرق لمواجهة التحديات ليس فقط في الفضاء ولكن أيضاً على الأرض. من خلال التجارب التناظرية والتقنيات المتقدمة التي نطورها، يمكننا تقديم حلول فعالة في ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية:

Auon Jordan held a focused session with a number of jurists and jurists to study the objectives of a draft response plan for women in disasters, wars and crises in the hall of the Amman Martyrs Park.
The Executive Director of Aid Jordan, Nour Al-Duwairi, said that the plan came in response to the region’s data and in an effort to build a reference plan for many Arab countries and Jordan to address weaknesses and obstacles, and to research the available opportunities to develop measurable recommendations, stressing that the plan, although it bears priority towards women and children, but it It takes into account building a family and a cohesive society and how to distribute roles between men and women in a way that ensures justice, solidarity and integration without diminishing rights or wasting duties.
Al-Duwairi confirmed that the plan came within the association’s activities during the 16-day campaign to combat violence against women, which came as justice to the situation of Palestinian women, especially Gazans. The plan dealt with assessing the conditions of women in Gaza, Sudan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria.
For a plan that will focus on providing guidance on the conditions of afflicted Arab women in the aforementioned countries and provide a response plan for Jordanian women as well. The recommendations came to build a SWOT matrix and a matrix for measuring risk indicators (most severe, medium, weak) and studying the factors of readiness, forecasting and preparation, and despite the fact that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of security. وقالت المدير التنفيذي لعون الأردن نور الدويري ان الخطة جاءت تلبية لمعطيات المنطقة وسعيا لبناء خطة مرجعية للعديد من الدول العربية والأردن لمعالجة نقاط الضعف والمعوقات، والبحث في الفرص المتاحة لوضع توصيات قابله للقياس، مؤكدة ان الخطة وان كانت يتحمل أولوية نحو المرأة والطفل ولكنها ياراعي بناء الأسرة والمجتمع المتماسك وكيفية توزيع الأدوار بين الرجل والمرأة بما يكفل العدالة والتكافل والتكامل دون إنقاص للحقوق او هدر لواجبات.
وأكدت الدويري ان الخطة جاءت ضمن انشطة الجمعية خلال حملة ال ١٦ يوم لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة، والتي جاءت انصافا لوضع المرأة الفلسطينية لا سيما الغزاوية، وتناولت الخطة تقييم أوضاع المرأة في غزة والسودان وفي لبنان واليمن وسوريا.
وشددت الدويري ان الخطة ستركز على تقديم الإرشاد الأوضاع المرأة العربية المنكوبة في الدول المذكوره وتقدم خطة استجابة للمرأة الأردنية كذلك، وجاءت التوصيات تصب في بناء مصفوفة SWOT ومصفوفة قياس مؤشرات الخطر (الاشد، المتوسط، الضعيف) ودراسة عوامل الاستعداد والتنبأ والتهيئة، ورغم ان الأردن يتمتع بجو من الأمن والأمان الا ان الكوارث لا تصنف تحت بند الحروب فقط بل جوائح صحية او تداعيات اقتصادية لازمة دولية او سياسية، وان هذه التحوطات بنيت وفقا لترجمة الجهود الملكية الحثيثة في تقديم الدعم للمرأة والشباب .
من جانبها قالت مستشارة عون الأردن ونائب الرئيس مها الطراونه ان الخطة جاءت ترجمة للرؤية الملكية السامية القاضية بتمكين وتمتين المرأة والتي تعني رفع وعي المرأة بقضاياها ورفع وعيها بالعديد من الامكانيات مثل التمريض والاسعاف والرعاية النفسية والتطوع وتعلم او تطوير مهارات اجتماعية عديدة.
واكدت الطراونه ان الخطة ستوصي برفع الوعي والتثقيف في الإعلام والاتصال والدفع بخطة موحدة يمكن أن تتبنها الحكومة الأردنية والقطاع الخاص معا حيث راعت الخطة كافة الأطراف التي تعتبر جزء شريكا في تنفيذ هذه الخطة.
بدورها قالت العين اسيا ياغي ان المرأة من ذوي الإعاقة لا تستطيع الوصول الى جميع الخدمات لتسهيل حياتها ونحن في مرحلة سلم مجتمعي مطلق فكيف اذا حدثت أزمة او كارثه او حرب او مرض وهذا يستدعي وجود خطة طواريء تتضمن الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة بكافة محاور وانشطة وميزانية الخطة ، وشددت في حديثها على ضرورة وجود سجل وطني شامل وهي على قناعة وافيه ان السجل الوطني او قاعدة البيانات ستعمل على معرفة الاحتياجات واماكن تواجدهم وبالتالي استخدام وفي حال الطواريء او الكوارث يكون مقدمي الخدمات القطاع العام والخاص لديهم المام بكل تفاصيل الاحتياجات والتدخلات والتخفيف على الاسر والارتباك وهذا يدعم العيش بعداله ومساواة. ونحن بهذا العمل نطبق القانون الانساني قبل قانون حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة .
ويذكر ان الجلسة المركزة حضرها عدد قانونين تناقشوا في قوانين دولية مثل قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم nscr 1325 وعدد من المواثيق وكيف يمكن تنفيذها يما يخدم مصلحة انتاج خطة استجابة وطنية وعربية شاملة لحماية المرأة والطفل والمجتمع ككل.
وتحدث مهتمون عن ضرورة وجود آلية لرفع الوعي في الإعلام واعداد خطة طوارئ.

The Executive Director of Aoun Jordan, Nour Al-Duwairi, said that Aoun Jordan has opened a direct messaging portal on its website to provide the association with any stories or violations of human rights, with the aim of monitoring these violations, providing possible assistance, and referring any observations or issues to the relevant authorities.
Civil society institutions also have a cooperative and supervisory role with official institutions and concerned parties to address any defect, develop any observation, or value any efforts in order to overcome any difficulties faced by individuals and groups.
For her part, Jordan Auon Advisor Maha Tarawneh said that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of societal peace and a good level of human rights, but neighboring countries have suffered and are suffering from excessive human rights violations, so this campaign and this indicator will be open not only to Jordanians but also to our Arab brothers, as the indicator will collect data. And the information according to the participating countries, which will ultimately aim to be a resource for the official authorities to reconsider or hear the review of many human rights files.

This new project aims to develop a treatment plan for municipalities' needs and present proposals for the current Local Administration Law should municipalities deem it worth amending. The decentralization experience will also be evaluated, based on the royal vision to drive modernization and sustainable development in the Kingdom.
Within the framework of this project, open sessions will be held in each municipality, bringing together the mayor, the mayor of the governorate, members of the municipal council, a number of representatives from each governorate, and members of the local community. The sessions aim to establish the basic foundations for the new local administration law, present recommendations, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the reality of municipalities and local administration in Jordan. These sessions will also include a number of activities that will be announced successively and will include all municipalities in the Kingdom.

The project was launched today, Thursday, under the patronage of the Minister of Youth Yazan Al-Shadifat, at the Contractors Syndicate Theater, and with the support of 100Jordan. The Minister of Youth stressed the importance of technology as a major tool for change and progress, as it is a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development. Al-Shadifat added that youth are the heart of the digital revolution, and empowering them with technical and cognitive skills has become an urgent necessity, not an option. He also explained the Ministry of Youth's keenness to support pioneering ideas and open up horizons for cooperation with institutions
“We are proud to launch the Generation Z AI Incubator project, which represents an important step towards empowering Jordanian youth,” said Nour Al-Duwairi, Executive Director of Jordan Aid Association. “The importance of this project lies in the fact that it is not limited to training youth, but extends to supporting entrepreneurial ideas and transforming them into successful projects. We believe that youth are the future of Jordan, and through this project, we aim to provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to achieve their dreams,” Al-Duwairi added.
Within the framework of the incubator, three main phases of the project were announced. The first phase focuses on training school and university students, and is the cornerstone for building a strong base of skills and knowledge. The second phase is studying entrepreneurial ideas with a specialized consulting team, while the third phase focuses on implementing these ideas and searching for investors to support them. The projects will focus on addressing Jordan’s challenges and achieving sustainable development goals.
اطلق المشروع اليوم الخميس تحت رعاية وزير الشباب يزن الشديفات في مسرح نقابة المقاولين وبدعم من 100Jordan ، اذ اكد وزير الشباب على أهمية التكنولوجيا كأداة رئيسية للتغيير والتقدم، حيث تُعد ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

وفي إطار الحاضنة، تم الإعلان عن ثلاث مراحل رئيسية للمشروع، المرحلة الأولى تركز على تدريب طلاب المدارس والجامعات، وتعد حجر الزاوية لبناء قاعدة قوية من المهارات والمعرفة. أما المرحلة الثانية فهي دراسة الأفكار الريادية مع فريق استشاري متخصص، بينما تركز المرحلة الثالثة على تنفيذ هذه الأفكار والبحث عن مستثمرين لدعمها. وستركز المشاريع على معالجة تحديات الأردن وتحقيق أهداف 100JORDAN، الممثلة بمديرها التنفيذي نضال ملو العين الشركة التي تعتبر رائدة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال السياحة والتي تدعم الافكار الشبابية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني التي تقدم افكارا ريادية لا سيما في الذكاء الاصطناعي.
ويهدف المؤتمر إلى تناول مستقبل التعليم في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي ومدى تأثيره في رفع جودة التعليم، بالإضافة إلى استشراف مستقبل الصناعات الأردنية والأعمال في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة.
وعرضت ريادية الذكاء الاصطناعي الشابة سلام ابو الهيجاء احد المشاريع التي تحتضنها الحاضنة ان مشروعهم متخصص في هذا السياق، نركز اليوم على دور “مينا” في إعداد الأفراد والفرق لمواجهة التحديات ليس فقط في الفضاء ولكن أيضاً على الأرض. من خلال التجارب التناظرية والتقنيات المتقدمة التي نطورها، يمكننا تقديم حلول فعالة في ثلاثة مجالات رئيسية:

الهندسة والتغذية والزراعة والبناء في البيئات القاسيةالتنمية المستدامة.
عتبر مشروع حاضنة Generation Z للذكاء الاصطناعي من المشاريع الحيوية التي تسعى إلى تلبية احتياجات السوق الأردني المتزايدة في مجال التكنولوجيا الحديثة. يتكون المشروع من ثلاث مجموعات رئيسية:
اولا : تدريب طلاب المدارس والجامعات والتي تهدف هذه المجموعة إلى تقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة للطلاب، حيث سيتمكن المشاركون من اكتساب المهارات اللازمة لفهم وتطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. سيتضمن التدريب ورش عمل، محاضرات، ومشاريع عملية تهدف إلى تعزيز الفهم النظري والعملي للذكاء الاصطناعي.
ثانيا : دراسة الأفكار الريادية مع فريق استشاري ستعمل هذه المجموعة على تقييم الأفكار الريادية التي يقدمها الشباب، حيث سيتعاون المشاركون مع فريق من الخبراء والمستشارين لتطوير أفكارهم وتحويلها إلى مشاريع قابلة للتنفيذ. سيتم تقديم الدعم الفني والإداري للمشاركين لضمان نجاح أفكارهم.
تنفيذ الأفكار الريادية والبحث عن داعمين ومانحين بعد تطوير الأفكار، ستقوم الحاضنة بدعم المشاركين في تنفيذ مشاريعهم من خلال توفير الموارد اللازمة والبحث عن داعمين ومانحين. سيساعد هذا الجانب من المشروع في تحويل الأفكار إلى واقع ملموس، مما يسهم في تعزيز الاقتصاد المحلي.

Al-Duwairi confirmed that the plan came within the association’s activities during the 16-day campaign to combat violence against women, which came as justice to the situation of Palestinian women, especially Gazans. The plan dealt with assessing the conditions of women in Gaza, Sudan, Lebanon, Yemen, and Syria.
For a plan that will focus on providing guidance on the conditions of afflicted Arab women in the aforementioned countries and provide a response plan for Jordanian women as well. The recommendations came to build a SWOT matrix and a matrix for measuring risk indicators (most severe, medium, weak) and studying the factors of readiness, forecasting and preparation, and despite the fact that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of security. وقالت المدير التنفيذي لعون الأردن نور الدويري ان الخطة جاءت تلبية لمعطيات المنطقة وسعيا لبناء خطة مرجعية للعديد من الدول العربية والأردن لمعالجة نقاط الضعف والمعوقات، والبحث في الفرص المتاحة لوضع توصيات قابله للقياس، مؤكدة ان الخطة وان كانت يتحمل أولوية نحو المرأة والطفل ولكنها ياراعي بناء الأسرة والمجتمع المتماسك وكيفية توزيع الأدوار بين الرجل والمرأة بما يكفل العدالة والتكافل والتكامل دون إنقاص للحقوق او هدر لواجبات.
وأكدت الدويري ان الخطة جاءت ضمن انشطة الجمعية خلال حملة ال ١٦ يوم لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة، والتي جاءت انصافا لوضع المرأة الفلسطينية لا سيما الغزاوية، وتناولت الخطة تقييم أوضاع المرأة في غزة والسودان وفي لبنان واليمن وسوريا.
وشددت الدويري ان الخطة ستركز على تقديم الإرشاد الأوضاع المرأة العربية المنكوبة في الدول المذكوره وتقدم خطة استجابة للمرأة الأردنية كذلك، وجاءت التوصيات تصب في بناء مصفوفة SWOT ومصفوفة قياس مؤشرات الخطر (الاشد، المتوسط، الضعيف) ودراسة عوامل الاستعداد والتنبأ والتهيئة، ورغم ان الأردن يتمتع بجو من الأمن والأمان الا ان الكوارث لا تصنف تحت بند الحروب فقط بل جوائح صحية او تداعيات اقتصادية لازمة دولية او سياسية، وان هذه التحوطات بنيت وفقا لترجمة الجهود الملكية الحثيثة في تقديم الدعم للمرأة والشباب .
من جانبها قالت مستشارة عون الأردن ونائب الرئيس مها الطراونه ان الخطة جاءت ترجمة للرؤية الملكية السامية القاضية بتمكين وتمتين المرأة والتي تعني رفع وعي المرأة بقضاياها ورفع وعيها بالعديد من الامكانيات مثل التمريض والاسعاف والرعاية النفسية والتطوع وتعلم او تطوير مهارات اجتماعية عديدة.
واكدت الطراونه ان الخطة ستوصي برفع الوعي والتثقيف في الإعلام والاتصال والدفع بخطة موحدة يمكن أن تتبنها الحكومة الأردنية والقطاع الخاص معا حيث راعت الخطة كافة الأطراف التي تعتبر جزء شريكا في تنفيذ هذه الخطة.
بدورها قالت العين اسيا ياغي ان المرأة من ذوي الإعاقة لا تستطيع الوصول الى جميع الخدمات لتسهيل حياتها ونحن في مرحلة سلم مجتمعي مطلق فكيف اذا حدثت أزمة او كارثه او حرب او مرض وهذا يستدعي وجود خطة طواريء تتضمن الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة بكافة محاور وانشطة وميزانية الخطة ، وشددت في حديثها على ضرورة وجود سجل وطني شامل وهي على قناعة وافيه ان السجل الوطني او قاعدة البيانات ستعمل على معرفة الاحتياجات واماكن تواجدهم وبالتالي استخدام وفي حال الطواريء او الكوارث يكون مقدمي الخدمات القطاع العام والخاص لديهم المام بكل تفاصيل الاحتياجات والتدخلات والتخفيف على الاسر والارتباك وهذا يدعم العيش بعداله ومساواة. ونحن بهذا العمل نطبق القانون الانساني قبل قانون حقوق الاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة .
ويذكر ان الجلسة المركزة حضرها عدد قانونين تناقشوا في قوانين دولية مثل قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم nscr 1325 وعدد من المواثيق وكيف يمكن تنفيذها يما يخدم مصلحة انتاج خطة استجابة وطنية وعربية شاملة لحماية المرأة والطفل والمجتمع ككل.
وتحدث مهتمون عن ضرورة وجود آلية لرفع الوعي في الإعلام واعداد خطة طوارئ.

Civil society institutions also have a cooperative and supervisory role with official institutions and concerned parties to address any defect, develop any observation, or value any efforts in order to overcome any difficulties faced by individuals and groups.
For her part, Jordan Auon Advisor Maha Tarawneh said that Jordan enjoys an atmosphere of societal peace and a good level of human rights, but neighboring countries have suffered and are suffering from excessive human rights violations, so this campaign and this indicator will be open not only to Jordanians but also to our Arab brothers, as the indicator will collect data. And the information according to the participating countries, which will ultimately aim to be a resource for the official authorities to reconsider or hear the review of many human rights files.

This new project aims to develop a treatment plan for municipalities' needs and present proposals for the current Local Administration Law should municipalities deem it worth amending. The decentralization experience will also be evaluated, based on the royal vision to drive modernization and sustainable development in the Kingdom.
Within the framework of this project, open sessions will be held in each municipality, bringing together the mayor, the mayor of the governorate, members of the municipal council, a number of representatives from each governorate, and members of the local community. The sessions aim to establish the basic foundations for the new local administration law, present recommendations, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the reality of municipalities and local administration in Jordan. These sessions will also include a number of activities that will be announced successively and will include all municipalities in the Kingdom.

The project comes with the support of the Deanship of Student Affairs, where the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Basil Al-Mashaqba, commented that the importance of the project lies in the possibility of raising the capabilities of diverse students and helping them transition to the labor market or public life well.
The Executive Director of Aid Jordan commented that the project comes after studying the needs of the students, which clearly require a loud discussion and supporting them with training workshops that bring out their talents and help them discover their goals.
