At Auon Jordan, we seek to create safe environments for women, youth, and people with disabilities in Jordanian society to enable them to discover their goals, hone their skills, and engage in the labor market and Jordanian society more effectively. 

We believe that the woman is the basic component of the family, so her mission is not only to manage the family within her small environment, but also to help the man build a better future for the family and then for their surroundings Broader, even society, and this requires our social solidarity and belief in justice and integration 

We also believe that young people are the lever of the nation, so we help them discover their talents and trends and refine their ideas until they discover their creativity from which they can move towards their biggest dream. We also care about people with disabilities out of the complete conviction that society is based on the active involvement of all parties in order to truly create a better future. This is why the trilogy of our foundation (Women, youth, people with disabilities)

These are the constants for which we work to help men, help the state, build the nation, preserve the family, and contribute to the development of life, achieving sustainable development indicators, as we believe that energy sources and sustainable development factors are the developments with which we will work side by side with each other, men and women, to pave the better future for Jordan that it deserves.
